From enquiry to first-draft quote, in your template.
The Quote and Document Engine turns an RFQ or enquiry into a first-draft quote from your price list, for a person to approve. It builds your documents from your data, in your house style.

01What it does
Two jobs, done the way you do them
- 01First-draft quotesAn RFQ or enquiry in, a quote out: your template, your price list, your terms. A person checks and sends it.
- 02DocumentsDatasheets, O&M packs, proposals and the rest, built from your source data in your house style.
02How it's built
Tested on your own quotes
Agree the test
Ten real enquiries, and what a good quote for each looks like, agreed before we start.
Build it
Your templates, price lists and pricing rules, set up so a first draft takes minutes.
Pass the test
When 8 of the 10 test quotes are approved with only minor edits, the second half is due.
03Questions
Before you sign
Does it send quotes to customers?
No. It writes the first draft. A person checks it, changes what needs changing, and sends it.
What does it need from us?
Your quote template, your price list, and a set of past enquiries with the quotes that went out, so it learns how you price.
What decides the price?
How many products and price rules, how many document types, and which systems it connects to. You get a fixed price before you sign.
